Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@rushcopenhagen.com. Returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@rushcopenhagen.com.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
